The following profiles a desireable candidate for employment with Demaray Harvesting and Trucking LLC
and identifies the job requirements and benefits.

We are looking for candidates who have at least six months farm experience and/or truck driving experience.
Also, other related experience or training such as welding, machinery or truck maintenance and repair, and engineering is
a plus. Individuals must have a clean driving record and a stable work history. All employees are required to have a current
US commercial drivers license. Employees must pass a physical exam and pre-employment drug screen by company selected physician.
Some training is provided. Study manuals for the drivers license's are available online. We have an authorized commercial
drivers license test site. Operator/drivers are expected to perform required daily maintenance and field repairs when needed.
Emphasis is placed on safety! A cooperative attitude and a willingness to work with others in a team environment is a must.
Foreign workers are employed when US workers are not available. H2A visas are available and qualified workers
should apply no later than March 1st each year. We do not use employment agencies, therefore no fees are required. Contact
info for previous employees from New Zealand, Ireland, and Australia is available upon request. Candidates must speak, read,
and write English. Consulate interviews are required in your respective countries. Criminal and driving history will be examined.
The US Department of Labor sets our minimum wage rates and these rates differ by state and are adjusted
periodically. Current rates are available upon request. Employees are paid bi-weekly. We guarantee a minimum of $2300/mo U.S.
average for the season and greater potential earnings possible dependent on hours worked, safety, and performance. Room provided
at no charge. Kitchen facilities and transportation are provided for the employees to prepare or purchase meals. Also some
meals are provided, at the owners discretion, when expedient and as an added incentive. Living facilities include company
owned permanent housing, mobile homes, travel trailers, and motels. TV, phones, internet, air conditioning, and washer/dryers
provided. Workmens compensation insurance is provided in the event of injury while working. Transportation costs to and from
Casa Grande Arizona are provided for the successful candidates. One half airfare is reimbursed with first paycheck. The remaining
is reimbursed when 100 percent of the contract time has been completed.
Our itinerary includes work from Tombstone, AZ to Deadwood, SD and beyond to the Canadian border. We own
and operate new John Deere combines and tractors, Kinze Grain Karts, and late model or new trucking equipment Photo Gallery. If you are a conscientious individual who wants seasonal work and enjoys travel - in an atmosphere of mutual respect for
